Deborah provides experienced representation for REO properties, distressed assets, short sales, and other properties requiring specialized oversight. She understands that asset managers and financial institutions need brokers who communicate quickly, meet deadlines, provide accurate local market information, document property conditions, and manage assignments from initial evaluation through disposition.

Her South Texas market knowledge allows her to assist with broker price opinions, property evaluations, listing and marketing strategy, vendor coordination, property management needs, and the sale of distressed and institutionally owned properties.
